As the project’s architect, we redesigned an existing precast building to create a vibrant, welcoming new home for Carlson Tillisch Eye Clinic. The remodel transformed the space into a colorful and inviting healthcare environment featuring a retail eyewear area, modern exam rooms, and an updated façade that brings new life and visibility to the clinic. The result is a fresh, patient focused facility that reflects the clinic’s commitment to high quality care and an uplifting user experience.

We led the art curation effort for the new Mayo Clinic Health System clinic and its public spaces, selecting original artwork that supports health, well being, and a calming patient experience. Our team focused on sourcing pieces from local artists and choosing soothing, supportive subjects that complement the new interior environments. We coordinated closely with artists, frame shops, and the contractor to select, curate, and install artwork used both for wayfinding and to enhance the overall healing atmosphere throughout the facility.

As the project’s architect, we designed a new large and small animal veterinary clinic using a durable and efficient metal building system. The facility includes a welcoming lobby, retail space, exam and clinic areas, surgery suites, dedicated holding spaces, offices, a conference room, a staff breakroom, and an attached garage for animal transport and equipment. The design balances highly durable materials with an aesthetically pleasing interior environment, creating a functional, clean, and inviting clinic that supports both everyday care and specialized veterinary services.
