Capitol Lofts Phase 2
As the project’s architect, we provided full DD, CD, and CA services for a new multi family housing development featuring tuck under garage parking and efficient, market ready unit layouts. Our team completed space planning for all residential units and common areas and produced detailed renderings to support coordination for the first phase of construction. The result is a thoughtfully planned residential building designed for constructability, tenant comfort, and phased development efficiency.
