As the project’s architect, we designed the new Benedict’s restaurant in Mankato, coordinating closely with the brand’s vibrant, modern diner aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from Benedict’s fresh, colorful dining experience and contemporary interior style, we developed a cohesive architectural and interior design package that translated the restaurant group’s energetic identity into this new Minnesota location. Our work focused on spatial planning, finishes, lighting, and brand driven design details to create a welcoming, visually engaging environment that aligns with the restaurant group’s established concept and growing regional presence.
