Mankato, MN
Vine
As the project’s architect, we led the transformation of the former Nichols Building on the old Minnesota State campus repurposing its cast in place concrete structure into a 50,000 square foot community senior facility. The renovation opened portions of the existing exterior walls and reimagined it to support a wide range of senior focused services, including an indoor pool, walking track, fitness areas, a respite center, tenant spaces, community center functions, and administrative offices. The result is a revitalized, highly functional environment that brings new life to a historic campus building while creating meaningful amenities for seniors and the broader community.

St.Peter, MN
Minnesota Square Park Pavillion
As the project’s architect, we designed the new St. Peter Park Pavilion, replacing the aging former structure with a modern civic amenity tailored for community use and outdoor events. The new pavilion supports the city’s music festivals and public gatherings, providing an inviting, functional, and durable venue that enhances the park experience and strengthens the community’s cultural offerings.

Doon, IA
Doon Community Center
As the project’s architect, we designed the new Doon Community Center, a full scope civic facility that brings together a community center, city hall, public library, and a gymnasium with dedicated fitness spaces. The building also includes administrative offices, a community kitchen, and essential support areas such as restrooms and storage. The design creates a multifunctional, flexible hub that supports municipal operations, recreation, learning, and community gathering—all within one cohesive, efficient facility.
